摘要
该文针对一体化电源工作过程中的高速数据采集和实时数据传输的要求,研制了以STM32微控制器为核心、CAN总线为网络基础的智能化采集终端。从硬件电路和软件设计两方面分别阐述了工作原理和系统功能,从而实现了采集终端高精度、快速数据采集及超远距离传输。克服了传统采集设备精度低、实时性差、传输距离短、速度慢的缺点。试验结果表明,系统运行稳定可靠,具有一定的实用价值。
Based on the working process of the integration of the power of high-speed data acquisition and real-time data transmission requirements,this paper studied that the core based on the STM32,the intelligent acquisition terminal of CAN bus network.From this two aspects of hardware circuit and software design,respectively,this paper expounds the working principle and function of system,so as to realize the data collection terminal and high precision,rapid data acquisition and extreme distance transmission. It overcomes the low accuracy of traditional acquisition device of realtime performance and the short of transmission distance,the disadvantage of low speed. The experimental results of the system show that the system has stable operation,rapid respondence and high accuracy.It has practical value.
