摘要
针对现有地铁车辆能耗计量装置存在的问题,为有效区分各种能耗数据、保证能耗测量数据的准确性和及时性,设计了一款高精度能耗计量装置。主要介绍能耗计量装置的设计方案、工作原理、结构特点、元器件的选型及电路的优化设计。通过试验验证能耗计量装置结构的合理性、性能的可靠性、测量数据的高精度性、良好的电磁兼容性。装车试验的结果证明了能耗计量装置充分满足列车的电能采集,数据存储,显示和通信的要求,为列车节能和科学管理提供了可靠的保证。
Based on the existing problems of energy metering device, a high-precision energy metering device was designed to effectively distinguish the various energy consumption data, so that it could ensure the accuracy and timeliness of energy consumption measurement data. The proposed watt-hour meter device was introduced, including the design scheme, working principle, structure characteristic as well as the selection of components and optimized design of the circuit. Rationality of the electricity meter device structure, performance reliability, high accuracy of measurement data and good electromagnetic compatibility was verified by experiments. Loading experiment results indicated that the meter equipment could fully meet the demands of the energy metering, data storage, display and communication, which provided a reliable guarantee for energy saving and scientific management of the train.
