摘要
针对某石墨矿露天台阶爆破效果不佳,采用优化台阶爆破参数的思路,提出了三种不同方案,并按照参数优化分析中的思路进行了对比分析,优选出其中一个方案进行工程试验,采用ANSYS软件系统对方案的技术优越性进行爆破过程的数值模拟。最终,设计、分析、试验与数值模拟相结合,论证了该石墨矿采用间隔装药结构进行台阶爆破可取得良好的爆破效果。其相关结论和思路能够为露天台阶爆破的参数优化和爆破方案的技术经济优选提供参考。
Three different solutions were proposed by using the thought of optimizing platform blasting parameters in allusion to the condition that the platform blasting in the open air of the graphite ore had poor effect,one solution was selected preferably through the comparative analysis according to the thought in optimized analysis of parameters to carry out engineering test,and the numbers of the blasting process were simulated for the technological merit by using the ANSYS software system.And combination of design,analysis,test and numerical simulation proved that the platform blasting of the graphite ore could achieve excellent blasting effect by using interval charging structure finally.Moreover,relevant conclusion and thought could provide parameters optimization of the open-air platform blasting and technical and economical optimization of the blasting scheme with reference.
