发展新能源汽车,是有效缓解能源和环境压力的重要举措。该文分析了2013年以来上海节能和新能源公交车的推广情况及存在问题,从技术性、经济性、节能减排效果、安全性和可靠性等方面评估了各车型应用情况,并对减排效果进行了预测。在对新能源公交车发展趋势研判和发展规模预测的基础上,提出下阶段上海市推广新能源公交车的政策建议。

The development of new energy vehicles is an important measure to effectively alleviate the pressure of energy and environment. The paper analyzes the promotion of energy saving and new energy bus in Shanghai since 2013 and its existing problems. From the aspects of technology, economy, energy-saving emission reduction effect, safety and reliability, various vehicles have been assessed and the emission reduction effects are predicted. Based on the trend determination of new energy bus development and the prediction of their development scale, the next-stage policies and suggestions on promoting the new energy bus in Shanghai city are put forward.
