摘要
为了改善某电厂燃用煤种偏离设计煤种造成的炉内严重结焦的问题,通过采用多目标模糊决策法及热重分析仪对目前燃用的三种煤种按照两两不同的掺混方式得到的混煤进行实验,对混煤挥发份含量、灰分含量、综合结焦指数等参数进行分析和对比。结果表明:按照合理比例掺混后的混煤接近锅炉设计煤种,能够既满足锅炉出力又能有效缓解锅炉结焦的问题。因此,研究混煤的特性及优化配比对于火电厂的安全、经济运行意义重大。
In order to improve the problem of the burning coal of a power plant which deviate from the bi- tuminous coal causes serious boiler slagging. Through the experiment of fuzzy decision numerical simula- tion method and thermal gravimetric analyzer which is currently using as three kinds of fueled coal in pair- wise distinct mixed way to get combusts blended coal, to get volatile content, ash content, comprehensive slagging index parameters of the mixed coal for analysis and comparison. Results show that : the reasona- ble proportion of combusts blended coals is close to boiler bituminous coal which could meet the boiler output and also the effectively alleviate the problem of boiler slagging. Therefore, the research on blended coals computing property and optimal blended Ratio has an important significance in both theory and practice.
