摘要
柴油机试验室排烟系统通常耗能较高,使用率较低。为改进这一问题,将柴油机试验室各自单独的排烟系统改为集中式排烟系统,并引入变频技术和PLC控制方式,以排烟总管负压为控制参量,组成试验室恒压排烟系统,使之能够根据试验室投入工作数量的改变导致排烟量发生的变化,实时做出相应的调整,不仅提高了设备使用效率,还取得了良好的节能效果。
Generally, the energy consumption of diesel engine exhaust system for individual exhaust systems for each test lab were integrated as one exhaust system version and PLC control were introduced. Regulating test lab was high.
