摘要 将纳米高温节能涂料应用于石油化工中的乙烯裂解炉,通过正平衡法对裂解炉进行了热效率计算,并分析比较了喷涂纳米高温节能涂料前后裂解炉整体热效率变化情况。计算结果及分析表明:该型涂料可提高炉内参与辐射传热的物体表面辐射系数,强化气一固辐射传热,改善炉内换热过程,提高裂解炉整体热效率达2.86%,有利于乙烯裂解系统的节能,降低企业生产成本和减少碳排放。 The nanometer high temperature energy conservation coatings used in petrochemical ethylene cracking furnace, the thermal efficiency of the furnace were calculated and analyzed by the positive bal- ance method, and compared the overall thermal efficiency changes before and after spraying nanometer coatings on cracking furnace. The results and analysis shows that the coatings can increase the radiation involved in radiation heat transfer coefficient of the furnace, and strengthen the gas - solid radiation heat transfer, improve the furnace heat transfer process and overall thermal efficiency of cracking furnace ac- counts for 2.86% , in favor of ethylene pyrolysis system energy efficiency, reduce production costs and carbon emissions.
