摘要 介绍了一种垂直型双壳盖侧盖体的三次顺序滑块抽芯机构,针对侧盖体需要在同一位置进行水平和垂直方向同步抽芯脱模的要求,设计出一种特殊的三次顺序抽芯滑块机构,抽芯机构分三次顺序抽芯,第一步完成侧盖体局部区域的抽芯,第二步完成侧盖体垂直抽芯区域的抽芯,第三步完成整个侧盖体其余部分的侧抽芯脱模。该机构采用机动抽芯方式,机构结构简单,简化了模具结构,降低了模具生产制作成本,工作稳定可靠。 A type of three sequential slider core pulling mechanism for the side cover of vertical double shell cover was introduced. Base on demoulding requirements for which the side cover should be demoulded synchronously on the horizontal and vertical direction at same position, a special three sequential slider core pulling mechanism was designed. The mechanism working procedure includes three steps, the first step is to complete the core pulling for the local region of the side cover; and the second step is to complete the core pulling for vertical region, the third step is to complete the core pulling for the rest region. The mechanism adopts the mechanical method to realize the core pulling, its structure is simple, the mold structure is simplified, the production cost is reduced, and the mechanism working is stable and reliable.
