摘要
为了验证热成型工艺对Q345R热轧钢板力学性能的影响,通过模拟成型热加工方法,采用正火处理Q345R热轧钢板,分析其力学性能和组织变化。结果表明,Q345R热轧钢板采用热成型工艺制备封头时,由于热成型过程中,轧制强化效果减弱,组织粗化、力学性能降低。因此Q345R热轧钢板不适合用于制作强度富裕度小的热成型封头。
In order to verify the effect of hot-forming process on mechanical properties of Q345 R hot-rolled steel sheet,Q345 R hot-rolled steel sheet was normalized by simulating the thermal processing methods,and the mechanical property and structural changes are analyzed. Results show that using the boiler head of Q345 R hot-rolled steel sheet prepared by hot-forming process,rolling reingthening effect is weakened during the thermoforming so as to coarsen microstructure and decrease mechanical performance. So Q345 R hot-rolled steel sheet is not appropriate for heat-formed boiler heads with small affluence yield strength.
