摘要
针对某型汽车发动机冷热冲击试验失效问题,重在从痕迹分析入手,借助目视检查、实体显微镜分析、金相观察、硬度试验等传统分析方法,找出失效原因,为改善产品质量提供依据。
For failure problem on a certain type of automobile engine during the cold and hot shock test,it is stressed on analyzing trace. Through visual inspection,stero microscope,microstructure check,hardness test,etc.,the failure cause is revealed to provide a basis for improving quality of product.
