消肿利节方治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎近期临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Short-term Curative Effect of Xiaozhong Lijie Fang(消肿利节方) in the Treatment of Acute Traumatic Synovitis of Knee Joint

目的:观察消肿利节方治疗急性创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的近期疗效。方法:将79例膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组41例和对照组38例,治疗组口服消肿利节方,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠。2组均以5 d为1个观察点,15 d为1个疗程,进行疗效评定和观察指标分析。结果:治疗组治愈22例,好转16例,未愈3例,总有效率为92.68%;对照组治愈17例,好转11例,未愈10例,总有效率为73.68%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组观察指标比较,重复测量资料采用方差分析得出,疼痛(F=4.91,P=0.03<0.05);肿胀(F=12.92,P=0.01<0.05);功能障碍(F=4.03,P=0.048<0.05)。可认为治疗组与对照组在改善疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍方面有差异,且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消肿利节方在改善疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍方面优于双氯芬酸钠缓释片,近期疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the short-term curative effect of Xiaozhong Lijie Fang（ 消肿利节方）, a prescription for promoting the circulation of blood and relaxing the joints ） in the treatment of acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Methods：79 cases with acute traumatic synovitis of knee joint were randomly divided into a treatment group （ 41 cases ） and a control group （ 38 cases ） .The treatment group was treated with Xiaozhong Lijie Fang,while the control group was orally given diclofenac sodium.The 2 groups were treated for 15 days as a course,and they were observed every 5 days.The curative effect was evaluated and the observation index was analyzed in the two groups.Results：In the treatment group,22 cases were cured,condition of 16 cases was improwd,3 cases were not cured, and the total efficiency of was 92.68%;while in the control group,17 cases were cured,condition of 11 cases was improved, 10 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency of was 73.68%. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Index comparison and analysis of variance to repeated measurement data in the two groups showed pain （F = 4.91,P = 0.03 〈 0.05 ） ,swelling （ F = 1.292,P = 0.01 〈 0.05 ） and dysfunction （ F = 4.03,P = 0.048 〈 0.05 ） .It can be considered that the treatment group is better than the control group in relieving pain,swelling and dysfunction （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conelusion：Xiaozhong Lijie Fang is better than diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets in relieving pain, swelling and dysfunction and has a short-term curative effect.
