摘要
通过分步合成法制备了高纯度依地酸二钠,研究了溶剂类型、溶剂用量、结晶温度等因素对产品纯度及收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件及提纯工艺。该研究表明此合成提纯工艺方法简单安全,易于操作,适合工业化生产。该研究为高纯度依地酸二钠绿色合成工艺选择提供一种参考。
Preparing high pure Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt( EDTA- 2Na) by stepwise synthesis,researched the effect of the product purity and yield by solvent type,the amount of the solvent and crystallization temperature,determined the optimum reaction conditions and the process of the purification. The research showed that the synthesis and the process of the purification are simple,safe,easy to operate and suitable for industrial production. The research provides references for the choice of the green synthesis of high pure EDTA- 2Na.
