摘要
本文介绍了一种利用围在钢管杆四角的"四管构架"吊装大型钢管杆的组塔施工工艺,采用4根间距3.5m的Φ300mm钢管组成的方型构架围在钢管杆四角,在构架顶部悬挂滑轮组起吊钢管杆。构架体无需落地的固定拉线,通过与钢管杆之间软附着连接实现自身稳定。该工艺具有施工全程不依赖吊车,不需要落地拉线,作业场地适应性强等特点。
This paper introduces a "four pipe frame"construction technology of assembling large steel pole,which use 4Φ300mm steel pipes with 3.5mspacing to compose square frame enclosed in the four corners of the steel pole,and steel pole is lifted by pulley block on the top.Fixed ground cable is not essential,for self stability is realized by soft adhesion with the steel pole.The construction process does not depend on the crane and ground cable,has high adaptability to working site.
