吕梁学院教职工健康状况实证分析

Empirical Analysis of Health of the Staff College Lüliang

统计吕梁学院教职工健康体检数据,探讨分析教职工健康存在的主要隐患。结果显示:教职工体检异常结果检出率为99.2%,病种异常检出158种,单个个体的教职工患病的病种较多。疾病检出率中男性教职工显著高于女性,男性甘油三酯偏高、超重与肥胖、高密度胆固醇偏低、脂肪肝、高血压5种疾病均显著高于女性。这一结果表明,吕梁学院教职工健康状况刻不容缓,应增强健康意识,养成良好生活方式,加强体育锻炼,成立社区健康管理与干预。

Statistical Lüliang College faculty healthy data,analysis of the main risks to explore health staff present.The results show： medical staff 99. 21% detection rate of abnormal findings,abnormal detection 158 kinds of diseases,the prevalence of a single individual faculty disease more. Disease detection rate was significantly higher than male faculty women,men,high triglycerides,overweight and obesity,low HDL cholesterol,fatty liver,hypertension,five kinds of diseases were significantly higher than females. Conclusion Lüliang urgent health of college faculty should enhance health awareness,develop good lifestyle,physical activity,the establishment of community health management and intervention.
