企业异质性对技术创新扩散影响分析

Analysis on the Impact of Enterprise Heterogeneity on the Diffusion of Technological Innovation

作为创新扩散的主体,企业的重要性日益凸显,而企业间的差异导致了技术创新扩散程度的不同。为了探究企业异质性对技术扩散的影响,文章在分析企业异质性对技术扩散影响因素的基础上提出假设,构建企业异质性对技术扩散影响因素的结构方程模型。结合180份有效问卷调查结果对假设进行检验。结果表明,企业的自身性质、企业技术创新的获得渠道、企业技术交流活动开展情况以及企业的合作程度对技术创新扩散有显著的正向影响,从而证明了企业异质性对技术创新扩散具有显著的正向影响,为企业提升自身技术创新扩散绩效提供有效参考。

As the main body of innovational diffusion,the importance of the enterprise is increasing,and the differences among enterprises result in different degree of technological innovational diffusion. In order to explore the impacts of enterprises’ heterogeneity to technological diffusion,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the influencing factors of enterprises’ heterogeneity to technological diffusion by structural equation methods to build the structural equation model of the influencing factors for technological diffusion. The hypothesis is verified with 180 valid questionnaire survey results. The results show that the enterprise’s own nature,the access to the enterprise’s technological innovation,the enterprise’s technological exchange activities and the cooperation degree of the enterprises contain a significant effect on the diffusion of technological innovation,which proves that the enterprise’s heterogeneity holds a significant effect on the diffusion of technological innovation. The effective references for enterprises to enhance their technological innovation diffusion performance are provided in the end.
