摘要
大众创业、万众创新已经成为中国经济"新常态"下的热门话题,文章基于西方发达国家的历史经验和国内第三方调查公司的数据,对传统的价值链理论进行了再研究和再梳理,进而探寻提高大学生初次创业成功率的方法或途径。文章通过实证分析和动态分析,对中外大学生创业类型、创业过程和创业成功率进行了比较研究,发现传统的价值链理论仅仅针对企业的固有业务流,在实际运用上具有一定的缺陷性,而文章提出的产品价值链理论,以产品形成与流动过程作为研究对象,它可以起到弥补传统的价值链理论不足的作用,两种理论的完美结合,对于中小微企业合理地界定业务范围和高效率地运作可谓缺一不可。同时,根据大学毕业生特点,文章提出:大学生提高初次创业成功率,需要在产品价值链的产品、产品价值链环节、产品价值链切入时间、产品价值链合作伙伴四个方面加以正确抉择。
Mass entrepreneurship and innovation has been a heat topic in the present "new normal" of China economy. On the basis of western developed countries’ history experience and the data from the domestic third research company,the thesis reviews and researches on the traditional value chain theory,and further explores the methods and routes to enhance success ratio of college students’ initial entrepreneurship. By the way of empirical research and dynamic analysis,the thesis compares the entrepreneurship type,process,and success ratio between Chinese and foreign college students’,and finds out that the traditional value chain theory only focuses on corporate inherent business activities so it exists some certain defects when used in practice,while the product valve chain theory put forward in this thesis focuses on products formation and movement process so it can make up the drawback of the traditional value chain theory. Perfect combination of these two theories is necessary as to the medium and small enterprises when they define their business scope and operate efficiently. Meanwhile,according to their characteristic,in order to enhance initial entrepreneurship success ratio,college students must make such four correct choices as chain product,chain ring,chain entrance time,chain partner.
