摘要
文章首先对承接国际服务外包的文献进行了梳理,归纳整理了承接国际服务外包业务的影响因素,接着基于2010-2014年度区间服务外包相关统计数据,运用面板混合数据模型对影响因素变量进行分析,实证检验中国八大经济区域承接一带一路国际服务外包的竞争状况。结果显示:信息技术发展、对外开放、劳动力成本以及大学生人力资源对承接一带一路国际服务外包的影响各异,同时需提高信息技术水平,合理优化与强化对外直接投资及利用外资程度,提高大学生服务外包从业人员素养,综合提升经济区域的承接竞争力。最后从六个方面给出了八大经济区域应契合经济发展新常态,占领一带一路国际服务外包承接高地的建议。新常态经济下,文章的研究有助于更好地承接一带一路国际服务外包业务。
Firstly,there ar e some documentary reviews about undertaking international service outsourcing,and the factors of outsourcing are summarized. Then,based on the related date of service outsourcing from 2010 to 2014,the factor variables are analyzed with the panel mixed data model,and the competitive situations of eight economic regions,where have been undertaking international service outsourcing,are tested empirically. The conclusion indicates that there are different impacts on the competitiveness of international service outsourcing with different aspects,the development of information technology,the degree of opening up,the labor cost and college students as human resources. At the same time,it is necessary to improve the standard of information technology,to optimize and strengthen direct overseas investments and the usage of foreign capitals reasonably,to boost college students’ ability as employees for international service outsourcing,and to promote the competiveness to undertake the outsource comprehensively in the economic regions.Finally,there are several suggestions for eight economic regions from six aspects in order to agree with the economic development in the new normal situation and occupy the advantage area of international service outsourcing with "One Belt and One Road". The business of international service outsourcing can be taken advantage from the research with economic development in the new normal situation.
