摘要
相较于传统专业市场,电子商务具有不受时间和空间限制,较低的信息获取成本等优势。作为典型的专业市场,义务小商品市场寻求电子商务和传统市场契合点,以创新谋发展。B2R是义乌购的衍生,它是专业市场与电子商务融合的商业模式的创新。针对该模式创新,文章基于Osterwalder的企业商业模式九要素画布模型从价值创造、价值传递和价值获取三个方面阐释了专业市场与电子商务业态的融合发展,表明B2R模式在剔除了不必要的中间环节的情况下,线上线下互动充分,最终实现了价值在对象、空间和时间三个维度的传递和获取。同时,文章结合B2R的发展难点提出"稳上,争下,拓渠道"的政策建议。
Compared with the traditional professional market,there is no constrains of time and space for E-commerce with lower cost access to information and other advantages. As a typical representative of the professional market,the commodity markets in Yiwu is on the way to get a meeting point between E-commerce and traditional markets for innovation and development. B2R is derived from the purchases of Yiwu,and the basic model is "warehousing with internet". It is a innovative fusion of professional market and e-commerce business. For the innovative model,based on the Osterwalder’s Business Model with nine factors in Canvas,the integration of the developing model of the professional market and e-commerce is explained from value creation,value transformation and value acquisition.B2R has eliminated the unnecessary parts in the process from productions to retails,and the connections between online markets and traditional markets are sufficient to achieve the value transformation and acquisition within objects,spaces and time. The policy recommendations,"on steady,under dispute,and the extension channel",are provided with the difficulties in the development of B2R.
