摘要 研究了Mg-4Sn-2.5Pb镁合金在变形温度为250~400℃,变形速率为0.001~10.000 s^(-1)范围内的热变形行为。结果表明,合金的流变应力随着应变速率的增加而增大,随着温度的升高而减小,当达到一定值后趋于平稳,表现出动态回复和再结晶的特征。计算所得该材料的热变形激活能Q为132.863 k J/mol,并确定了该材料本构方程为ln Z=22.77+5.06[sinh(0.025 6σ)]。 The hot deformation behavior of the magnesium alloy Mg-4Sn-2.5Pb was investigated under the temperature range from 250 to 400 ℃and strain rates range from 0.001 to 10.000 s(-1). The results show that the flow stress of the alloy increases with the increase of the strain rate or with the decrease of the deformation temperature, and then tends to be a constant until a certain value, showing dynamic recovery and DRX characteristics. The calculated hot deformation activation energy Q is 132.863 k J/mol and the corresponding constitutive equation is determined as ln Z=22.77+5.06[sinh(0.025 6σ)].
