建筑用铝合金包覆镁合金的电化学性能研究

摘要 采用复合扎制的方法,在不同变形量下制备6N01铝合金包覆AZ31镁合金,并进行了结合界面剥离力和电化学性能的研究。结果表明,在50%~80%变形量范围内,随着变形量的增加,6N01铝合金包覆AZ31镁合金的结合界面剥离力先增大后减小。与商用AZ31镁合金相比,铝合金包覆镁合金的开路电位和腐蚀电位均正移,变形量为70%时开路电位和腐蚀电位正移幅度最大,分别正移了142 m V和322 m V。 The composite rolling method was used to prepare 6N01 aluminum coated by AZ31 magnesium alloy under different deformation amount, and the binding interface peel force and electrochemical properties was studied. The results show that the interfacial bonding strength of the composite rolling 6N01 aluminum alloy coated by AZ31 magnesium alloy increase first and then decrease when the deformation amount is in the range of 50% ~80%. Compared with commercial AZ31 magnesium alloy, the open circuit potential and corrosion potential of the composite rolling magnesium alloy coated by aluminum alloy are both positive shift, and the open-circuit potential and corrosion potential are positive shift by 142 m V and 322 m V, respectively, when the deformation amount is 70%.
