17-7PH不锈钢在海洋大气环境下的外层接触腐蚀问题研究

摘要 腐蚀问题对金属材料的实际应用具有很大影响。以海上大型景观雕塑型建筑用17-7PH不锈钢为研究对象,对其进行不同的表面处理后和TC18钛合金以不同连接方式接触,置于不同海洋环境下暴晒,然后测其疲劳寿命,观察分析其腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀产物。最后得到结论,涂漆能够有效防止17-7PH不锈钢被腐蚀,胶结装配能够有效地抑制腐蚀反应,改善材料的抗腐蚀性能。该研究为17-7PH不锈钢的海上腐蚀研究应用提供了有用参考。 The corrosion has a significant impact on practical application of metallic materials. Taking 17-7PH stainless steel for sculpture building of large-scale landscape at sea as main study object, which was touched with TC18 titanium alloy in different way after surface treatment, and exposured under blazing sun for quite a long time, the fatigue life was measured, and the corrosion morphology and products were surveied and analyzed. The results show that the painting can prevent the 17-7PH stain steel from corrosion, cementing assembly can control the corrosion response and improve the material's corrosion resistance. The study can provide the useful reference for the application of stainless steel 17-7PH in large maritime landscape sculpture.
