摘要
应用真空离子氮化代替传统的气体氮化工艺,对38Cr Mo AIA缸套进行氮化处理。通过对缸套试样实验结果分析,氮化后的表面硬度、梯度硬度、脆性等级、氮化深度、尺寸变化均达到缸套的技术要求。针对试验中重要环节,提出了氮化过程中需要注意的几个问题。真空离子氮化由于工艺成熟、氮化效果好可以应用于批量生产。
Instead of traditional gas nitriding process,vacuum ion nitriding process was used for the experimental research.Based on the analysis of experimental results of cylinder specimen, the surface hardness, gradient hardness, brittleness levels, gradient nitriding depth, size change all meet the requirements of the technology of cylinder liner. Aiming at the important segment in the experiment, several issues needing attention in the process were put forward. Because of the mature technology of vacuum ion nitriding, excellent effect of nitriding can be applied in mass production.
