多孔不锈钢网状材料表面光亮镀镍工艺的研究

摘要 采用三相桥式可控整流电路电源和自制的简易镀液槽,通过电镀的方法在316L不锈钢多孔金属烧结网状材料表面覆盖一层光亮金属镍层,研究镀液和镀层的性能。结果表明,该镀镍工艺配方光亮范围宽,镀液性能稳定,整平能力、分散能力和覆盖能力较好,镀液温度、电流密度和p H值易控制,可以获得外观光泽明亮,镀层结合牢固的镀层。 The brig htness Ni-plated layer on porous mesh surface of 316 L stainless steel was prepared by using circuit power of three-phase bridge rectifier and simple bath tank, and the performances of plating and coating were studied. The results show that the bright Ni-plating process has wide range of bright, stable bath performance, and better ability of leveling, dispersing and coverage. Bath temperature, current density and p H are easy to control. A bright and good combined coating can be obtained.
