摘要
MMD破碎机的齿板是易损件,需要定期的更换,保证破碎质量。为了实现齿板的快速制造,采用铸造模拟软件(MAGMA)对采取不同浇注系统的浇铸过程进行计算分析。结果表明:采用多浇口设计能够更好的促进型腔内部气体的排出、有效提升铸件整体的温度梯度和填充速度,有效促进铸件质量的提升。最后采用仿真结果较好的浇注系统开展浇铸实验。通过模拟与实际浇铸实验制作出齿板,对铸造齿板做出了有益探索,为齿板的生产拓宽了制造途径,有力促进了MMD破碎机齿板制造工艺提升。
MMD crusher teeth plate is consumable, it is need for regular replacement to ensure the broken quality. In order to achieve rapid manufacturing of teeth plate, the different casting processes with different pouring systems were calculated and anlyzed by casting simulation software(MAGMA). The results show that adopting the multiple gates design can promote gas discharged from the cavity, effectively enhance the overall casting temperature gradient and filling speed,and promote the upgrading of casting quality. Finally, the casting experiments were conducted adopting the pouring system with good simulation result. Through simulation and practical experiments to produce cast teeth plate, it makes a useful exploration and widened the manufacturing route for the teeth plate production. This effectively promotes the MMD crusher teeth plate manufacturing process improvement.
