摘要
研究了锆含量对镁锌合金晶粒度的影响。结果表明,在镁锌合金中添加锆能细化镁锌合金的晶粒度,添加量为0.6%时,镁锌合金的晶粒度从145μm细化到42μm。晶粒细化后材料的伸长率从5.3%提高到9.3%,抗拉强度从149 MPa提高到169 MPa,硬度从76.3 HB提高为86.3 HB。
The effect of zirconium content on the grain size of Mg-Zn alloy was studied. The results show that the grain size of Mg-Zn alloy can be refined. The grain size of Mg-Zn alloy can be refined from 145 μm to 42 μm when the amount of zirconium is 0.6%. The elongation of the material after grain refinement increases from 5.3% to 9.3%, tensile strength increases from 169 MPa to 149 MPa, hardness from 76.3 HB to 86.3 HB.
