摘要
对于蜗轮类铜合金砂型铸件的冒口设计,以往通常采用经验设计方法或凝固模拟方法,但前者不够准确,而后者繁复费时,目前缺乏一种既较为准确、又十分便捷的冒口设计方法去指导铸造工艺设计。通过研究蜗轮类铜合金铸件形状参数与冒口形状参数之间的关系,并综合了以上两种方法各自的优点,建立了蜗轮类铜合金砂型铸件的冒口便捷设计方法,既能保证铸件质量又能获得较高的工艺出品率,还能提高工艺设计效率,因而具有较强的实用性。通过蜗轮具体案例分析,对冒口便捷设计方法的灵活应用、冒口与冷铁的匹配进行了阐述。
For riser design in worm wheel castings of copper alloy, anciently we adopt empirical design, or simulation technique. But the former has not enough accuracy, the latter is heavy and complicated, there is not a nimble design method of riser to guide casting technique. Through studying the relation between riser shape parameter and casting shape parameter in worm wheel casting, combining the above two methods, a nimble design method of riser for worm wheel castings of copper alloy was created to ensure cast product quality and acquire higher technical production, improve design efficiency in process design. Through specific cases, the application of the nimble design method of riser, and the coupling between riser and chill block were elaborated.
