瓦斯抽采钻孔横“T”连接结构的研究与应用

摘要 瓦斯抽采管路积水问题一直是影响矿井瓦斯抽采效果的重要因素。为解决这一问题,自主设计了瓦斯抽采钻孔横"T"连接结构,该结构将从抽采钻孔内排出的水消除在抽采管路的源头,避免水进入到抽采管路中。通过在陶二煤矿的现场应用,发现该结构可有效解决瓦斯管路积水问题,并显著提高瓦斯抽采效果,使抽采总管路瓦斯抽采浓度由15%提高到25%以上,提高了近1倍;平均单孔瓦斯抽采浓度达到55%以上,矿井年瓦斯抽采量达到近700万m^3,瓦斯抽采率达到40%以上,为消除瓦斯事故,实现矿井的安全生产提供了保证。 The problem of water in gas extraction pipeline had always been the important factor affecting gas extraction effect in mine. In order to solve this problem, the horizontal !' T" connection structure which can eliminate the water from the drill- ing at the source of the extraction pipe and avoid water entering into the extraction pipe was designed independently. By u- sing the structure in Tao'er Mine, the problem of water in pipeline was solved effectively, and the effect of the gas extraction was improved significantly. The gas extraction concentration of the extraction pipe increased from 15% to 25 % above, which increased nearly 1 times. The gas extraction concentration of average single-hole reached more than 55% , the gas extraction amount of mine reached nearly 7 million m3 ,gas extraction rate of mine reached more than 40% ,which provide the guaran- tee for eliminating the gas accident and realizing the safety production.
