摘要
反应堆半充水运行期间的核安全问题不容忽视,目前已有的对半充水运行工况的研究对模块式反应堆并不适用。为了研究半充水运行期间反应堆压力容器液位对余热排出泵运行的影响,本文通过计算流体力学方法,对模块式反应堆半充水工况反应堆的排水过程进行了数值模拟研究,并与实际工程比较以验证分析方法的可靠性。研究结果表明本文采用的分析方法合理可靠。当反应堆压力容器液位下降到高出余热排出接管中心324 mm左右时,余热排出接管内含气率接近余热排出泵正常运行限值,此后反应堆液位继续下降,余热排出接管内的含气率迅速增加。因此模块式反应堆半充水运行工况的相对液位不应低于324 mm。
Nuclear safety issue in operation of semi-water filling condition is important, but the study results of it up to now is inapplicable for modular reactor. In this paper, operation of semi-water filling condition of modular reactor is numerical analyzed by CFD method to study the influence of water level of reactor pressure vessel( RPV ) in the semi-water filling con- dition to the operation of residual heat removal pump. The result shows that the study method is validated to be reasonable and reliable in actual project, and when the water level in RPV is above about 324mm than the residual heat removal pipe, the gas content rate in residual heat removal pipe is close to the normal operation limit value of residual heat removal pump. So the relative water level in RPV of modular reactor should not under 324mm in the semi-water filling condition.
