注水颗粒煤润湿均匀度合理实验参数研究

摘要 为了研究搅拌时间、煤样粒径、注水压差、注水速度等实验参数在注水过程中对颗粒煤润湿均匀度的影响,并为注水颗粒煤瓦斯解吸实验选取合理的实验参数,在实验室自制的实验仪器上,以卧龙湖煤矿8#煤样为研究对象,从实验角度分别考察分析了不同实验参数对颗粒煤润湿均匀度的影响,得出搅拌时间为1.25 h、煤样粒径为1~3 mm、注水压差为1 MPa、注水速度为1 mL/min时颗粒煤的润湿效果最好。 In order to study the influence of experimental parameters, such as mixing time, coal sample particle size, water injection rate and injection pressure difference on the soaking of coal particles in the process of water injection and choose the best experimental parameters for the experiment, this article studied the soaking effect of coal particles of the experimental parameters under different mixing time, particle size, water injection rate and injection pressure difference used the 8#coal sample in Wolonghu Coal Mine in the injection desorption research experiment instruction developed by our own laboratory. The result shows that different water injection parameters have a great influence on the soaking of coal particles, and the soaking effect of coal particles is best when the stirring time is 1.25 h, coal size is 1 to 3 mm, the injection pressure difference is 1 MPa and the injection rate is 1 mL/min.
