摘要
针对现有煤矿馈电传感器对负荷侧为屏蔽线缆时不能准确检测馈电状态的问题,提出屏蔽式智能矿用馈电状态传感器研究方案。给出现有馈电传感器对屏蔽式线缆不能检测的原理,并结合目前矿方和实际安装需求,对馈电传感器总体设计、检测探头设计、信号处理电路和软件抗干扰信号处理算法进行了详细阐述。试验和使用结果表明,设计的屏蔽式智能矿用馈电状态传感器能够准确地判断出负荷侧为屏蔽线缆的馈电状态,准确地将负荷侧的馈电状态通过RS485接口接入现有的监控系统中,满足实际应用。
In view of the problem that existing coal mine feed sensor cannot accurately detect the feed state when the load side is shielded cable, the paper researches the scheme of shield type intelligent mine-used feed state sensor and the principle that the feed sensor cannot detect the shielded cable. In combination with the current requirements of the mine and the actual installation, the overall design of the feed sensor, the detection probe, the signal processing circuit and the software anti-interference signal processing algorithm are described in detail. Experiments results show that the designed shielding type mine intelligent feed sensor can accurately judge the feed state of shielded cable in side load and accurately access the feed state of load side through the RS485 interface to existing monitoring system to meets the practical application.
