摘要
为了解决现有移动式液态二氧化碳灭火装置在总体技术性能指标,对恶劣环境的适应性,便于人员操作以及防冰堵、液体保温存储和安全保障等技术措施方面的优势不足,研制了一种新型的井下应急救援用灭火装备。存储罐封结真空度1.6 Pa,优于国家标准规定值(3.0 Pa)。经保温存储性能测试,罐体总的实际日蒸发率约为0.09%,是标准规定值的30%,可有效减少外界热量的渗入,延长了保温存储时间。
In order to solve the less advantage of existing mobile liquid carbon dioxide fire extinguishing device in some aspects such as overall technical performance index, adaptability to harsh environments, easy to operate, and technical measures of the ice blocking, liquid heat preservation, safety assurance and so on, a new kind of underground emergency rescue equipment used in fire extinguishing is developed. Sealing vacuum degree of the storage tank is 1.6 Pa, which is better than the national standard value (3.0 Pa). After performance test of the heat preservation, the overall and actual daily evaporation rate is about 0.09%, which is the standard value of 30%, it can reduce the infiltration of external heat effectively, extend the time of heat preservation.
