摘要
针对花山煤矿4238工作面在治理高冒区过程中发生的火灾,分析了发火过程、发火原因和治理难点。针对发火区域大采区封闭、地面不具备施工手段及灭火条件,难以进行直接灭火等特点,制订了"分次灌注液态CO2"的灭火方案。利用液态CO2的吸热、降O2、阻爆作用成功扑灭了花山煤矿4238工作面火灾。
Aiming at the fire in the high-risk zone management process of 4238 face in Huashan Mine, we analyzed the combustion process, causes and governance difficulties. For the features of large closed mining area, ground does not have the construction means to directly extinguish fire, we developed a program of graded injecting liquid CO2. Using the effect of absorbing heat, reducing O2 and preventing explosion, we successfully extinguished the fire of 4238 face in Huashan Mine.
