矿工不安全行为风险因素的路径研究

Path Research on Risk Factors of Miner Unsafe Behavior

围绕矿工生产执行不安全行为和隐患与事故处理不安全行为的事故致因,运用定量和文献分析法,识别导致矿工不安全行为包含安全管理能力、安全作业能力、工作压力、工作氛围以及矿工不安全心理5个潜变量。通过问卷采集数据,运用STATA12.0统计分析工具和SEM方法,构建矿工不安全行为结构模型,揭示模型各路径参数及作用机理。根据各路径计算结果,为改善矿工不安全行为提出相关建议。

Focus on the accident reasons of unsafe acts about the manufacturing execution and hidden danger and accidents treatment, using quantitative analysis and literature analysis, we identify miners′ unsafe behavior including five miners latent variables which are safety management, safety operation ability, working pressure, working atmosphere and unsafe psychological. Collecting data by the questionnaire, using STATA12.0 statistical analysis tools and the method of SEM, the miners′ unsafe behavior structure model is constructed, which reveals the path of the model parameters and their mechanism of action. According to each path calculation results, we propose some suggestions to improve the miners′ unsafe behavior.
