摘要
依据127份来自煤矿企业的有效问卷,将所得资料用SPSS20.0软件来分析处理和检验研究假设,对煤矿企业的安全氛围的3个维度(重视安全程度、组织支持与沟通、安全条件投入)与员工安全行为的2个维度(服从行为、参与行为)间的关系进行探讨研究。结果表明:在组织安全氛围中,组织对安全的重视程度对员工的安全行为的作用较弱,不具有显著的预测作用,而组织安全条件方面投入与保障对员工主动的安全参与行为和被动的安全服从行为均有较强的预测作用。
Based on 127 valid questionnaires from coal mining enterprises, and the result data were used to analyze and process and test hypothese relationship between the three dimensions of safety climate of coal mining enterprises (emphasis on safety, organizational support and communication, safety conditions inputs) and two dimensions of employee safety behavior (obedience, participative behavior) by SPSS20.0 software. The results show that: a safe atmosphere in the organization, the degree that organization paying attention to the safety has weaker effect on employee safety behavior, which does not have a significant predictor, and organizational aspects of investment and guarantee safety conditions for employees to participate in acts of active and passive safety compliant behavior have a strong predictor.
