摘要
2013年11月～2015年6月本科采用中药外洗配合VSD负压引流术治疗下肢慢性溃疡30例,待创面肉芽新鲜,达到植皮条件后,采用植皮术,观察两种治疗方法对于控制感染及促进肉芽生长,达到植皮条件的疗效。
From November 2013 to June 2015,we adopted Chinese medicine external administration cooperated with free skin graft after VSD to treat 30 cases of Lower limb chronic ulcer infection. Results showed that all of them were clinically recovered.It indicats that this treatment option is credible and worthy to be widely promoted in clinics.
