中医保健干预措施对脾虚体质儿童生长发育的效果分析

The Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care Intervention on the Growth and Development of the Spleen Deficiency Physical Children

目的：探讨中医保健干预措施对脾虚体质儿童生长发育的影响。方法：选择我院2013年8月～2014年7月收治的脾虚体质儿童共87例作为研究对象并按数字表法随机分为两组。其中,对照组患儿（n=42）仅给予常规西医学保健,观察组患儿（n=45）在对照组基础上结合中医保健措施进行干预,观察并比较两组体格发育指标。结果：护理干预后,两组患儿的身高、体质量、胸围、腰围等发育指标均有一定程度的增长,但以观察组的增长幅度更高,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中医保健干预措施能显著改善脾虚体质儿童的生长发育情况,效果显著优于常规西医学保健,值得在临床上推广。

Objective Explore the effect of Chinese medicine health care intervention on the growth and development of spleen asthenia physique of the children.Methods Selected 87 cases children with spleen asthenia physique in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2014 and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table.Among them,the control group（n =42） were only treated with routine western medical care;While the observation group with（n=45） were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine health care interventions based on the control group.Observed and compared the growth of children physical development index between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the development index such as height、body mass、chest circumference and waist circumference all had a certain degree of growth.But the growth rate in the observation group was higher which was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The Chinese medicine health care interventions can significantly improved the spleen deficiency physical growth of children.The effect was significantly higher than that of conventional western medicine and health care which should be introduced in clinical practice.
