浅议胃质理论在慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中的应用

Discussion on the Application of the Gastric Characteristic Theory in the Therapy for Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

慢性萎缩性胃炎是一种常见的消化系统疑难病。近年来,其发病率呈上升趋势,且逐渐低龄化。西医认为本病不可或难以逆转,主要采取对症治疗,但效果不甚理想。中医运用胃质理论,在辨病、辨证、辨质相结合的基础上,发挥特定的中药方剂的独特药理作用治疗此病,多获良效。

Chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） is a common difficult disease in the digestive system. In recent years, the incidence of CAG is rising and patients are getting younger. Western medicine considers that the disease is difficult to reverse and symptomatic treatment is taken mainly, but the curative effect is unsatisfactory. Pharmacologic action of distinct and unique traditional Chinese med- icine formula is playing a big role in treating this disease by using the gastric characteristic theory, on the base of the combination of disease differentiation, syndrome differentiation and characteristic differentiation.
