针刺配合雷火灸治疗颞下颌关节炎

Acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treating temporomandibular arthritis

目的观察针刺下关、合谷配合雷火灸治疗颞下颌关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为针刺下关、合谷配合雷火灸组(治疗组)和推拿组(对照组),每组30例,治疗组采用针刺下关、合谷配合雷火灸治疗,对照组采用推拿疗法。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,2组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在改善疼痛程度、开口度亦同样具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论治疗组在有效率和改善疼痛程度、开口度方面优于对照组,其机制可通经活血使营卫调和而邪无所附,取其通则不痛之理达到气血调和之目的。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture Xiaguan and Hegu with thunder fire moxibustion treatment of temporal mandibular arthritis clinical efficacy. Methods The 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into acupuncture Xiaguan,Hegu with fire moxibustion group（ treatment group） and massage group（ control group）,30 cases in each group,the treatment group with acupuncture and shut down the Hegu with fire moxibustion therapy,the control group were treated with massage therapy. Results Treatment group total efficiency was 93. 3%,in control group,the total effective rate was 73. 3%,2 group,the total efficiency of the differences have statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）; in improving the degree of pain,the opening degree of also have statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the efficiency and improving the degree of pain.
