中医药治疗脑梗死研究进展

Traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of cerebral infarction

目的对近十年中医药关于脑梗死治疗的相关文献进行总结。方法通过检索中国知网以及万方数据库中相关文献157篇,将其进行整理与归纳,并剔除重复文献,从病因病机、中药治疗(包括注射液、中成药、汤剂、针刺)及中西结合治疗等方面描述。结果中风中医病机可归纳为风火痰瘀虚五端,目前用于治疗的注射液多为中药提取物,中成药以丸剂散剂和颗粒剂为主,汤剂多为经方验方,针刺以电温针、头针为多,中西结合治疗是在西医常规治疗基础上加用中药治疗其疗效比单纯西药治疗效果更好。结论中医药在治疗脑梗死方面具有独特优势且疗效确切,值得推广运用。

Objective The relevant literature on the treatment of cerebral infarction in recent ten years is summarized. Methods Through the retrieval of CNKI and Wanfang database,157 literatures were collected and analyzed,and to eliminate duplicate documents,described the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine（ including injection,proprietary Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupuncture） and the cooperation of Chinese and Western combined treatment. Results The stroke of TCM can be summarized as wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency. The current injection is Chinese herbal extract,the main form of proprietary Chinese medicine is pills,powder,granule. Decoction of Chinese medicine is mainly experience prescription. Treatments of acupuncture in mainly about electroacupuncture,warmed needle,scalp acupuncture. The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment is based on the conventional treatment of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the effect is better than pure western medicine treatment. Conclusion Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction have advantage and efficacy,it is worth promoting.
