黄芪注射液治疗围产期心肌病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Peripartum Cardiomyopathy by Astragalus Injection

目的：探讨黄芪注射液治疗围产期心肌病的临床影响。方法：选择PPCM孕产妇62例。根据随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组31例。对照组采用常规治疗方法，观察组在常规方法基础上应用黄芪注射液。比较2组患者治疗前后心电图、LVESD、LVEDD、LVEF、FS变化情况以及疗效情况。结果：治疗后，观察组的室性早搏、ST—T改变和总发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗后2组LVESD、LVEDD均比治疗前降低，但观察组降低程度更明显；治疗后2组LVEF、FS明显高于治疗前，但观察组增高幅度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：黄芪注射液可有效减轻PPCM患者的室性早搏、心房纤颤、心房纤颤、ST—T改变及心肌功能损伤，从而提高临床疗效，且对PPCM孕产妇和胎儿无毒副作用。值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of treating peripartum cardiomyopathy by astragalus injection. Methods： 62 pregnant women with PPCM were selected, According to random digits table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, there were 31 patients in each group, control group were given routine treating method, observation group were given astragalus injection on basic of routine treating method, the changes of ECG, LVESD,LVEDD,LVEF,FS before and after treatment and the curative effect were compared between two groups. Results： After treatment, the change of ventricular premature heat, atrial fibrillation, ST - T and the total incidence rate of observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 =. After treatment , the LVESD ,LVEDD were reduced than those before treatment in two groups, but the extent of reduced in observation group was obvious. After treatment ,the LVEF,FS were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups, but the extent of increasing in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the success rate , total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusions： Astragalus injection can effectively ease ventricular premature beat, atrial fibrillation, atria fibrillation, change of ST -T, and cardiac function injury, thus, improve clinical efficacy, to fetus and pregnant women with PPC nonpoisonous side effect, it is worth clinical promoted application.
