基于西方失语症成套测验的authorware系统软件的临床应用研究

The Clinical Application Research of Authorware System Software Based on The Western Aphasia Batter

目的：应用authorware系统软件开发一种客观便利的西方失语症成套测验系统，以便确定失语症的类型并采取相应的失语症康复计划，并观察其临床应用情况。方法：我们应用Macromedia Authorware 7.2去开发本软件系统，软件设计完成后我们对48名受试者应用此软件进行了相关测评，我们对受试者的主观满意度、测评时间、诊断符合率与传统测评方法进行了比较。结果：该系统软件运行良好，与传统测评方法相比，该软件的受试者的主观满意度更高、测评时间更短、诊断符合率更高。结论；该测评成人失语症的系统软件应该在临床上更加广泛地推广。

Objective： To develop an objective, convenient software system in assessing aphasia patient with The Western Aphasia Battery, define the type of aphasia and scheme the corresponding rehabilitation plan, and its clinical applications were observed. Methods ： Macromedia Authorware 7.2 was applied to develop this system software, After finishing this system software, 48 persons were assessed with The Western Aphasia Battery System,the degree of subjective satisfaction of persons enrolled, the assessing time and the confirmed diagnosis ratio were compared with traditional assessing methods. Results： The Western Aphasia Battery System soft work properly well, the higher degree of subjective satisfaction of persons enrolled, the shorter assessing time and the higher confirmed diagnosis ratio compared with traditional assessing methods. Conclusions： The Western Aphasia Battery System soft should be wideiy use for assearing adult patients with aphasia.
