摘要
目的:建立3个不同产地金银花—银黄颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,评价不同产地金银花及其制剂—银黄颗粒的成分差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Poroshell 120 EC-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,2.7μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.8m L·min^(-1),检测波长为238nm,柱温为40℃。结果:建立了10批不同产地金银花药材的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,获得19个共有特征峰;建立了3个不同产地金银花制备的银黄颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,获得19个共有特征峰;3个不同产地金银花及其制备银黄颗粒的成分质量相似性较好,但仍存在一定的地域差异。结论:建立的方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,可用于金银花及其制剂—银黄颗粒的质量控制和综合评价。
Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Lonicera Japonica Thunb.—Yinhuang Granules from different habitats and evaluate their differences.Methods:RP-HPLC was performed on an Poroshell 120 EC-C18column(4.6mm×150mm,2.7μm)with a gradient elution composed of acetonitrile-aqueous solution containing 0.2% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 0.8m L·min^(-1). The column temperature was set at 40℃,while the detective wavelength was set at 238 nm.Results:The chromatographic fingerprint common pattern of Lonicera Japonica Thunb. was established and 19 mutual peaks were obtained from the chromatograms of 10 batches of samples; The chromatographic fingerprint common pattern of Yinhuang Granules was established and 19 mutual peaks were obtained. The quality of Yinhuang Granules and Lonicera Japonica Thunb. from different habitats was similar but there were still some regional differences.Conclusion:The method has good precision,stability and repeatability and can be used for quality control for Lonicera Japonica Thunb.and Yinhuang Granules.
