硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压临床疗效分析

Magnesium sulfate with nifedipine therapy pregnancy-induced hypertension clinical curative effect analysis

目的：探讨硫酸镁与硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果。方法：以我科2013年6月~2015年10月收治的160例妊娠高血压患者为研究对象,将其分成两组,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组给予硫酸镁＋硝苯地平治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率为91.25%,高于对照组的80.0%,并发症发生率7.5%低于对照组的15.0%,P〈0.05;观察组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组,早产、产后出血、胎儿窘迫、极低体重儿的发生率均低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：硫酸镁与硝苯地平联合使用治疗妊娠高血压具有疗效确切、并发症少的优点,能迅速降低患者的血压,有助于改善妊娠结局,保障母婴安全。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine combined treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods：In our department in June 2013 ~2015 From October 128 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension treated patients for the study,which was divided into two groups,The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate in the treatment,the observation group given magnesium sulfate ＋ nifedipine,comparative analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 91.25%,higher than the 80.0%,and the complication rate was 7.5% lower than the 15.0% in the control group,P 0.05; Systolic blood pressure observed in patients after treatment,diastolic blood pressure were lower than the control group,and premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress,the occurrence of very low birth weight children were lower than the control group,P0.05. Conclusion：magnesium sulfate and nifedipine combined treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension has the advantage that the curative effect,less complication,can quickly reduce the patient＇s blood pressure,and help to improve the pregnancy outcome,to ensure the safety of maternal and infant.
