胺碘酮治疗心律失常的护理配合研究

A study of nursing cooperation of amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia

目的：探讨胺碘酮治疗心律失常的护理配合。方法：我院2013年11月~2014年11月收治72例心律失常患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组（36例）与观察组（36例）。全体患者使用胺碘酮进行治疗,观察组同时给予护理配合。观察两组治疗效果,记录静脉炎、心律不齐、恶心头晕等不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率94.4%,不良反应发生率11.1%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：胺碘酮治疗心律失常同时给予护理配合能进一步改善治疗效果,减少不良反应。

Objective：To explore the nursing cooperation of amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods：72 patients with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group（36 cases） and the observation group（36 cases） by random number table method. All patients were treated with amiodarone and the observation group were given corresponding nursing cooperation at the same time. The curative effects of the two groups were observed and the occurrence of adverse reactions such as phlebitis,arrhythmia,nausea and dizziness was recorded. Results：Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group（94.4%） was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions（11.1%） was lower（P0.05）. Conclusion：While treating arrhythmia with amiodarone,to give nursing cooperation can further improve the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
