超敏C反应蛋白和纤维蛋白原在糖尿病足感染患者中的变化及其相关关系

The Investigation of Its Changes and Correlation between High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein and Fibrinogen in Patients with Diabetic Foot Infections

目的:探讨糖尿病足感染患者(DFI)血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)的表达变化及其相关性。方法:选取2012年1月-2015年1月笔者所在医院内分泌科收治的DFI患者60例,依据是否存在足部感染被分为两组,感染组(33例)和未合并感染组(27例)。同时选取30例患有糖尿病但未合并DFI患者为对照组,所有患者均于清晨抽取空腹静脉血,采用免疫比浊法检测患者血浆hs-CRP水平,采用凝固法检测患者血浆FIB水平。结果:感染组和未合并感染组患者血浆hs-CRP及FIB水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而感染组患者上述两项指标水平显著高于未合并感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经相关性分析,感染组患者血浆hs-CRP与FIB水平与未合并感染组患者呈显著正相关(r=0.765,P<0.01)。结论:糖尿病患者无论是否存在糖尿病足均应积极检测血浆hs-CRP与FIB水平,并早期进行抗感染及抗凝治疗,以保障周围血管血供。

Objective： To investigate the expression changes and their relationship between plasma high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） and fibrinogen（FIB） in patients with diabetic foot infections（DFI）.Method：From January 2012 to January 2015,60 patients with DFI in our hospital were divided into two groups,the infected group（33 cases） and non-infection group（27 cases）,depending on whether the presence of foot infections,while 30 cases with diabetes unincorporated DFI were selected as the control group.Plasma hs-CRP levels were detected using immunoturbidimetry and FIB levels were detected using plasma coagulation.Result：Plasma hs-CRP and FIB levels in the infected group and non-infection group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;above indicators in the the infected group were significantly higher than those in the non-infection group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.After correlation analysis,plasma levels of hs-CRP and FIB in the infected group had significantly correlated with the non-infection group（r=0.765,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Patients with DFI should detect plasma hs-CRP and FIB levels and early anti-infective and anticoagulant therapy positively,in order to protect the blood supply around the blood vessels.
