摘要
随着我军装备信息化程度的不断提高,新型光电装备维修保障需求不断增加。在军民融合式发展的背景下,针对新型光电装备保证期以后的维修保障需求,借鉴地方产品售后服务做法引进延伸保修方式。分析了延伸保修在装备维修保障工作中的应用,对不同使用度约束条件下系统故障及由此带来维修保障成本进行了建模。最后,通过对实际装备系统延伸保修成本费用分析,得到费用预测,验证建立模型的可行性。
On the background of Military-Civil Integration development,the method of the extended warranty is brought in to meet the characters of the new photoelectric equipment and the demand of maintenance support after the warranty period by using after-sales services strategies on business. Based on the practical application of extended warranty in equipments' maintenance and support,the paper proposed a warranty cost analysis analytical mode based on the system usage rate limitation and system failures. Finally,an example of the actual equipment's warranty cost was analysed and predicted with the analytical mode. It can prove the feasibility of the cost analysis.
