笔者探讨了我国基层卫生应急队伍建设的现状、内容、基本原则和保障措施,旨在建立应急队伍建设发展的长效机制,规范我国基层卫生应急队伍建设,全面提升队伍的应急处置水平和急救能力,切实降低突发事件造成的伤亡和损失。

The author explored status quo, content, basic principles, and safeguard measures of emergency medical response team at basic level, with an aim to standardize and build a long-term mechanism for the construction and development of emergency medical response team at basic level of China, hence comprehensively upgrade team level of emergency disposal and first-aid capabilities, and to effectively reduce casualties and loss caused by emergencies.
