一种货架平台升降式半挂车的设计原理

摘要 介绍了一款用于超高货物运输半挂车的设计实例,提出了带有货架平台可进行升降且具有空气悬挂的车架结构,可适应于不同离地间隙的半挂车方案。通过操控遥控开关,实现半挂车前后升降油缸的伸缩,使得半挂车货架平台进行升降。该方案特别适用于在高速公路上运输较高货物的半挂车使用。由于货物较高,在高度上限有要求时可通过降低货架平台保证其通过,而在通过高速公路收费口或地面不平度大的情况下,可以升高货架平台行走,从而提高运输效率。 A new design of a trailer to transport extremely high cargos is introduced in this paper. This trailer which has air spring suspension could raise or decline its platform to adjust the gap between the lowest point of the trailer and the ground. In order to achieve this function, a remote control is developed. The trailer that has special designed functions is especially applied to transport extremely high cargos on highway. When it runs across the lower bridge, the platform of the trailer could be declined. Meanwhile,when it comes across toll gate or rough road, the platform of the trailer could be raised, therefore, the transport efficiency of the trailer has been improved significantly.
