摘要 云南广电从1999年底启动建设全省骨干网,于2000年底完成16个州/市的建设。利用传输网络实现16个州/市电视台的新闻,能够回传到云南电视台新闻中心。提高了电视新闻的价值,也可以做全省现场直播等。如今通过IP技术也可以实现同样的功能,而且投入少、效率高、方便快捷。根据"美丽云南"节目需要,把16个州/市电视台新闻回传省中心经验,对比两种技术方式,让同行能更多地了解这种技术上的变化。 Since 1999,the network of all proven of Yunnan is built,and then the network of 16 states or cities is set up in 2000. The news of 16 states or cities can transmit to the Yunnan TV News Center by using transmit network. It can improve the value of television news,and also can do the province live broadcast. Today, IP technique can achieve the same function,it is less investment, higher efficiency, and more efficiency and convenient. Two ways are compared in this paper, in order to let the others know the developing of this technique.
