摘要
运用JJF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评价与表示》中的分析方法,对ICP-OES测定电视机顶盒电源线中铅含量方法所建立的定量数学模型进行了不确定度评定。包括分析实验过程中的不确定度来源,并对不确定度的分量进行了评定和量化,计算了合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,电视机顶盒的电源线的铅含量W=48.03 mg/kg,其中扩展不确定度为3.2 mg/kg,在置信概率为95%时,铅的含量可表示为(48.03±3.2)mg/kg。
The analysis method in JJF1059.1--2012 〈 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement 〉 is used for ana- lyzing the mathematical model quantitative of a method which is built to determinate lead content in the power cord of TV set-top box by ICP-OES. The uncertainty sources are analyzed. Each component of uncertainty is evaluated and quantified and then the combined uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are calculated. The results show that the expanded uncertainty is 3.2 mg/kg as the content of lead in the power cord of TV set-top box is 48.03 mg,/kg. When the confidence probability is 95% , the content of lead can he expressed as (48.03±3.2) mg/kg.
